Toby is a super looking cob with a kind and genuine temperament. He is a versatile little chap and although he is a lovely hacking horse he can also turn his hand to dressage, jumping, Trec and Riding Club activities.
He is a little gem to handle and is always easy to catch in the field. He enjoys coming in and is always willing and happy to work.
He keeps a lovely even rythym in all his paces and his canter is like sitting on a rocking horse. We have trained Toby for a year now and I know him inside out. He doesn't have a bad bone in his body and he is a loving horse and really appreciates attention.
Toby is fantastic with all traffic and I think you will agree that the video really shows this. He is a non spooky horse and it doesn't matter with Toby if he is ridden everyday or just a couple of times per week.
Toby is established and he is not green even though he is only 5 years old. He has been in regular work for the last year.
He is great with the farrier and he is a really good boy to clip. Toby has no vices. He lives out at the moment but he is also very quiet and easy in a stable. He will stand for hours tied up on the yard without making a sound.
He is not a beginners cob because he is responsive to the leg and is always looking to be mannered and obedient.
He will suit a rider that is looking to have a super safe horse without the ride being 'ploddy' and a rider who may want to go and try some shows.
